Natalie is an amazing tattoo artist! She’s extremely talented and I loved my experience with her. She is very sweet and made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. It was my first time doing a color tattoo in a much larger scale so I really appreciated that she checked in on me throughout the process and even offered to take breaks in between with me. She also gave me lots of water which helped me a lot. We shared snacks and stories together so I had a lot of fun talking to her. The whole time I felt very comfortable. I definitely can’t wait to come back because this was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Natalie for taking such great care of me and for making the experience so lovely! I came in with my husband while he got a tattoo from Joe, and I just have to say, this place really stood out to me. From the moment I walked into New Era’s, the first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean everything was. We’ve been to plenty of barbershops and tattoo shops before, but none compare to the level of cleanliness and upkeep here. You can tell right away that they take care for their work space and truly care about their clients’ experience. When it comes to something as sanitary as getting a tattoo, that matters so much. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and just overall taken care of, which made the whole experience that much more comfortable and reassuring. Even the bathroom was so clean, That surprised me the most. Joe did an amazing job, and the professionalism matched the environment perfectly. Honestly, all shops should be like this. You can just see how much they care about their customers. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know. ~ Lilah

I had such a great experience bringing my two daughters in for their tattoos. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. There was so much laughing and joking that it felt more like hanging out with a friend than sitting in a tattoo studio. Joe was incredible—patient, talented, and just an all-around good person. He made my girls feel completely comfortable and excited about their designs. The whole experience was positive from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. I get one every state I visit. Big fan of FSU mascot as I am Native American and their war cry. (Gators are my team though) what I wanted is what I got. Joe was awesome to deal with, very courteous very careful and explained what could happen when tattooing where I wanted it (nerve would make me jump and could be a problem). I took the chance and it was worth it. The detail and the color packed spots were well worth the discomfort. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give Joe a shot to make your next tattoo a great one. Went on a family vacation and couldn’t leave without some new ink. My sister in law wanted something also, and we were able to book the same day around the same time which was very convenient! I knew what I wanted, but not how I wanted it. Joe drew up something I fell in love with. Walked into a barber shop, which was different from the tattoo world in Minnesota for sure, and in back behind a super cool door was the tattoo studio. After this tattoo I definitely want the rest of my work done by New Era Cuts & ink. Maybe that’s a valid reason to vacation in Florida more 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 ~ Jessica B

If you want a fine-line delicate cutesy tattoo GOT TO NATALIE!!!! she has done 5 tattoos on my arm so far that I literally get a compliment on at least 3 times a week because of how delicate and detailed they look. It was exactly what I wanted and she’s the perfect person to go to if you need a good vibe while you go through the pain. I only committed to getting a patch work sleeve because of the first tattoo Natalie did for me and I fell in love with it. She’s not afraid to tell you her opinion while also hyping yours up to make sure you leave with exactly what you want and looking amazing. ~ Gabrielle Q

I just got my first tattoo here a flower down my spine and it was such a great experience! My artist (Joseph) was so patient with me when I was in pain and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. On top of that, he was just such a sweet and kind person, which made the whole process so much easier. The tattoo came out absolutely beautiful, even better than I imagined. Took my son to New Era. John Quinones definitely did a great job. He listened to make sure he understood what kind of cut we wanted and checked in periodically to make sure we were happy. It was my first time, but glad I found a new spot. Also, I must say, atmosphere was A+. That was a huge bonus and great way to start my Saturday. The environment was so relax and chill, modern and comfortable. The staff treated each other like family. My husband got a phenomenal cut here! The barber was so precise and attentive to the detail of how his cut looked when finished. This is how a barbershop is supposed to operate, if we are ever in Orlando again, we will visit just to get a good haircut. ~ Melanie S

nat is AMAZING! she did my spine tattoo and i LOVEEEE it so much. i was really nervous bc it was my first tattoo somewhere other than on my arms so i didn’t know what it would be like, and she was super patient with me and talked me through it, being really understanding about me needing to take breaks and all that. 100% recommend her as an artist and a human being. ~ Hayley H

Best tattoo experienced! The tattoo artist Ms Eira, is very professional, welcoming, and informative. She also gave so many awesome ideas for our tattoos. The tattoo session went by with minimal pain and i was very comfortable the whole 8hrs!! She made sure i was doing okay throughout. I’ve been looking for a barber shop for a while and this barbershop is really close to my house and the customer service is amazing . I’m very picky with my haircut but Joshua Perez and Angel Rodriguez and the team were very welcoming and I would definitely keep going to get my haircut there .
